DEEP FRYING:

Preheat vegetable oil temperature in a deep pan at 180 degree Celsius on medium heat. Deep fry the patties until golden brown.

OVEN:

Bake the patties at 230 degree Celsius pre-heated oven for 7 minutes or until golden brown (turning inbetween at half time).

FRYING PAN:

Fry the patties in lightly oiled pan on medium low heat until crispy and golden brown.
