Frying Pan: First place the kababs in the refrigerator to defrost them, then fry in a frying pan with little oil. Turn sides inbetween.
Oven: Preheat oven to 230°C (446°F). Bake frozen Chapli Kabab on a baking sheet (turning halfway through baking) for 6 minutes or until cooked.
